L agence a livré une reco stratégique pour développer notre présence sur les RS Proximité, disponibilité, qualités relationnelles et expertise des intervenants.
L’agence nous a accompagné dans la définition de notre plateforme de marque. Les ateliers menés ont été basés sur la co-construction et l’échange. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le dispositif ´maison des messages’ qui nous a permis d’obtenir une plateforme de discours pertinente et opérationnelle.
L'agence devait nous accompagner dans notre nouvelle stratégie digitale. La disponibilité de l'équipe, leur écoute, l'expertise.
Faire une campagne de relation presse et de lobbying pour influer sur un texte de Loi mettant en péril notre association et son statut La campagne RP avec des attachées de presse qui ne lâchaient rien et qui ont pris fait et cause pour nous, et qui n'hésitaient pas à relancer les journalistes pour faire connaître notre position. Leur capacité à nous proposer des partenariats avec des lobbyistes compétents avec lesquels l'agence Influactive travaillait déjà.
L'objectif était la création d'un site web centré sur la vie de la Commune dont nous sommes élus. Avec une difficulté liée à la spécificité du projet : il ne devait pas s'agir d'un site institutionnel, aucune confusion ne devant être possible. Il ne devait pas non plus s'agir d'un site de propagande. La bonne compréhension des particularité du projet tel que décrit ci-dessus. Une écoute et des interactions efficaces tout au long du processus de création, de même que sur les aspects prurements techniques autour du choix du CMS utilisé.
Réaliser le site de notre division Europe de Fisher EMERSON. Intégrer l'intranet du groupe dans une partie sensible du site. Déjà, le respect des délais et des budgets vus au départ. Ensuite, bien évidemment la qualité de ce qui a été réalisé. Tous les indicateurs clés de performance ont été respectés.
