The agency helped us to create a new brand from scratch, we wanted to search for a design studio who have very good design ability and an understanding ability of our brand concept, tone of voice and strategy. We enjoyed a lot of the style research/positioning and questionnaire period, this is a very important step to help us understand our brand more, but the most enjoyable moment was when we saw the design work, it touched us.
