Aujourd’hui, je peux dire que je ne regrette pas notre choix. theTribe n’est peut-être pas la solution la moins chère, mais c’est celle qui apporte le plus de valeur, le plus rapidement. C’était aussi la solution la moins risquée. Avec theTribe, on a accès à des profils techniques de haut niveau, complémentaires, que l’on n’aurait jamais pu recruter. Quand on a découvert theTribe, on ne connaissait pas la méthode, et on est entré dans leur univers. On arrive avec une idée, une intuition. On rassemble une dizaine de personnes et on travaille dessus avec une méthode très structurée. À la fin, on regarde si ce qu’il reste ressemble à l’idée de départ.
