Het onderzoeken van de 'why' van ons festival en een planning uitzetten om tot groei te komen We hebben meerdere zoom sessies met elkaar gedaan en dit werkte erg goed. Dit dankzij een strakke tijdplanning en begeleiding. De afsluitende sessie waarin we het opgeleverde document hebben doorgenomen was een hele mooie samenvatting van datgene waar wij intern al erg lang over gepraat hebben. Nu staat dit vast in één document en ligt er een duidelijke onderligger om mee verder te werken.
