Challenge
One of the challenges we face is breaking through stereotypes and misconceptions about Mexican cuisine. Many people only associate Mexican food with fast food chains and do not realize the diverse and complex dishes that make up traditional Mexican cooking. Additionally, there is a lack of awareness about the cultural significance of these dishes.
Solution
Through La Verdadera, we are organizing food festivals, cooking classes, and cultural events to educate the public about the true essence of Mexican cuisine. By working with local chefs and artisans, we are able to showcase the authentic flavors and stories behind traditional dishes, giving people a deeper appreciation for the food and culture of Mexico.
