GS heeft ons geholpen bij het bouwen van een volledige nieuwe webshop. Tot op vandaag zijn zij nog steeds betrokken bij het onderhoud en spelen zij een pro-actieve rol in de verdere uitbouw van de shop. Het team van GS heeft dikwijls maar een half woord nodig om de behoefte van de klant te begrijpen en met het juiste voorstel te komen. Daarenboven zijn ze steeds zeer flexibel.
Samen zoveel mogelijk mensen warm maken om een dagje wellness in te plannen, en dat op maand- en jaarbasis, aan de hand van een doordacht marketingplan en seizoensgebonden campagnes. De samenwerking met Jeroen in het bijzonder, zijn kennis en enthousiasme zijn inspirerend!
Generation Shop heeft mij 5 jaar geleden van A tot Z begeleid in het realiseren van mijn webshop. Keuze van het platform, backend inrichting en configuratie, Jeroen en zijn team hebben hier uitstekend advies gegeven. Na livegang heeft Generation Shop ook de online advertising (SEA en via FB/IG) op hun genomen en dat doen ze nog steeds met stijgende resultaten. Dat het een zeer toegankelijk team is. Generation Shop bouwde 2 jaar geleden onze webshop in Lightspeed en daar waren we heel tevreden over. Ons toenmalige marketingbureau haalde daar echter te weinig resultaten mee en toen stelde Generation Shop voor om dat over te nemen (vooral SEO en advertising). Doel was een geheel nieuwe website te bouwen 'bestemd voor zowel B2B en B2C', waarbij tal van koppelingen noodzakelijk waren (w.o. Exact handel online en App4Sales). Ook de data-import vormde een serieuze uitdaging. Meedenken over de te volgen strategie, beeldvorming, beleving en kwaliteitsuitstraling vormden vanwege onze producten 'onderscheidende sieraden' een essentieel onderdeel van de opdracht. En dat alles binnen voor ons haalbare financiële kaders. Mission completed! Bijzonder prettige communicatie, snel en adequaat handelen en direct inspelen op onvolkomenheden en onverwachte zaken.
Wij hebben GenerationShop gecontacteerd om in eerste instantie onze online vindbaarheid te vergroten. Gaandeweg is dit uitgebreid naar advies rond social media, opzetten van campagnes, samen uitwerken van onze online strategie e.d. De resultaten. De inspanningen die we hebben geleverd, lonen. Dat is zwart op wit duidelijk. Uiteraard is de aangename, collegiale sfeer waarin we samenwerken, met focus op de doelen, ook heel plezierig.
