Nous avons mandaté Hi Agency pour la mise en place et la gestion de nos campagnes médias et de nos réseaux sociaux ainsi que pour la création de contenus (visuels, plaquette, vidéos…) La réactivité, les compétences et les initiatives. Cela comportait l'élaboration visuelle et rédactionnelle des posts, leur mise en ligne selon leur proposition de plannings, la gestion, le suivi et le reporting J'ai été la première interlocutrice de Hi Agency pour mener notre projet. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la réactivité à répondre à ce que nous demandions, les échanges constructifs et le respect des rendez-vous que nous nous donnions (pourtant en période de congés) par téléphone.
