The challenge was to create an app that not only incentivizes customers to frequent Starbucks more often, but also provides a personalized and engaging experience that keeps them coming back. Additionally, the app needed to integrate with Starbucks' existing loyalty program and backend systems.
Solution
Our solution was to develop a user-friendly mobile app that allows customers to easily earn and track rewards, customize their orders, and receive personalized offers and recommendations based on their preferences and purchase history. The app also includes features such as mobile payment and order ahead capabilities to streamline the customer experience.
