Challenge
One of the main challenges we faced was finding a way to introduce our traditional pastries to a wider audience in today's fast-paced market. Competing with larger chain bakeries and dessert shops was also a hurdle we had to overcome. Additionally, educating customers on the cultural significance of our pastries was a challenge.
Solution
To address these challenges, we focused on creating a strong online presence through social media and a user-friendly website. We also offered catering services for events and special occasions to reach a larger customer base. In-store tastings and demonstrations were organized to educate customers on the history and unique flavors of our pastries.
Impact
