Eén centrale database waarin de gegevens en specificaties van alle marketing- en communicatiemiddelen zijn opgeslagen. Een systeem dat bijdraagt aan een uniforme werkwijze en een beter (her)gebruik van marketing- en communicatiemiddelen waarborgt. In deze database is alle informatie terug te vinden over wanneer en aan wie welke communicatie-uitingen zijn gestuurd. Ook in het kader van de eisen die de Wet financieel toezicht stelt. Paragon is als leverancier van het onderliggende systeem nauw betrokken bij de ontwikkelingen.
LMP-online leidt je eigenlijk vanzelf door de verschillende schermen. Dat is erg belangrijk, want onze gebruikers zijn een zeer gemêleerd gezelschap: van verkopers bij kleine dealers tot marketingspecialisten bij holdings van de grotere dealerbedrijven. Dealerbedrijven kunnen tot op zekere hoogte hun advertenties zelf vormgeven. Ook budgetten en een actueel overzicht van doorbelaste kosten zijn toegevoegd. De implementatie van een Marketing Portal voor Centraal Beheer en FBTO dat alle schakels met elkaar verbindt en waarin taken, bevoegdheden en verantwoordelijkheden van alle betrokkenen zijn geregeld. Inclusief de hele workflow die daaruit volgt voor alle betrokkenen. Paragon kwam uit die pitch als beste uit de bus. ‘De ervaring met onze centrale marketingdatabase, is een van de punten die in hun voordeel heeft gesproken.
TNO had behoefte aan een Self-service Portaal. Met daarin onder andere een beeldbank om digitale bronbestanden te kunnen opvragen en gebruiken, gekoppeld aan het huisstijlhandboek van het merk TNO. Verder wilde TNO een centraal platform voor het maken, opvragen en distribueren van communicatieuitingen. Waar vaak enkele maanden voor staan, hebben we in samenwerking met Paragon in een paar weken voor elkaar gekregen. Voor elke ‘uitdaging’ bleek een oplossing.
De beeldbank, zoals wij hier intern de mediabank noemen, is een veel besproken onderwerp binnen Menzis. Doordat veel mensen gebruik maken van fotografie en huisstijlrichtlijnen, waren er ook veel wensen en verwachtingen. Deze hebben wij samen gebracht in een document en dit bij diverse leveranciers uitgezet. Het doel van de mediabank is het centraal beheren van het marketing- en communicatiemateriaal. Paragon en iO (het communicatiebureau van Hyundai) hebben gezamenlijk een dealer portal ingericht. Een portal waarin dealers zelf hun mediamiddelen (o.a. advertentie, display banner, eDM, social post, etc.) kunnen kiezen en voorzien van hun dealergegevens. Aansluitend wordt de bestelling gedaan welke vervolgens of direct bij een uitgever terecht komt of direct online gepubliceerd wordt.
