Michaël heeft echt geluisterd naar hoe wij het zagen en welke info wij belangrijk vinden. Het eerste ontwerp zat er ‘boenk’ op en ook over de verdere uitwerking zijn wij heel tevreden. We zochten een oplossing om de digitalisering in te zetten. De initiële opzet was een website waar klanten afhankelijk van hun vakgebied bestellingen konden plaatsen. Bellen naar Michaël is een beetje zoals bellen naar een vriend. Hij luistert naar de vraag, denkt mee en adviseert eerlijk. Ik ben heel tevreden over de mooie website en de automatische afhandeling van facturen!
