Effective communication is a key point of any collaboration and UpDoer QA team is one of the best QA Company I can recommend. UpDoer QA team, directly communicate with my developers, and for the management level communication is top notch! Based on my observation, I believe they have a senior team with experience of management and being managed. They had written down tasks, transparent bug reporting in BugZila, Mentis with detailed picture and explanation so the programmers able to repeat and resolve the issues.
